Bioindustria L.I.M. spa – Industrially compounded medicinal products

The Bioindustria Laboratorio Italiano Medicinali facility in Novi Ligure (AL), Italy, is dedicated to manufacturing both sterile medicines (including large and small volume injectable solutions and freeze-dried products) and non-sterile products (such as tablets and capsules). The company’s operations are regularly inspected by the Italian Medicines Agency (AIFA), and since 2013 the site has also been subject to inspections by the U.S. FDA — with the most recent FDA inspection in 2018 concluding without issuance of Form 483 observations.
